In 1904, two gentlemen, a butcher and a cattleman, decided to combine their skills and efforts in a business venture. Their goal was to produce the finest selection of meats, deliver the highest level of service and have a great time doing so.

Now, the fourth generation of the Downings to wield a knife as a butcher, continues the tradition in the finest fashion.

Prime & Choice steaks, fresh flown-in Hawaiian seafood, select wines and spirits along with gourmet entrees, creates a delightful pre or post show dining experience.
